Fractional leadership
Sometimes you need experienced product leadership—someone to prioritize the roadmap, align design and engineering, and communicate clearly with stakeholders—but you’re not ready for a full-time executive hire. A fractional product leader fills that gap part-time. “CPO” (Chief Product Officer) is the title many companies use for the most senior product role; we can play that function or a senior product lead role, depending on your size and stage.
When this helps
- After funding or a big bet — You need a sequenced plan everyone can follow, not just a backlog of ideas.
- While you recruit — Continuity for the team until the right full-time hire starts.
- During a reset — Cutting or reprioritizing work so the company focuses on what actually moves the business.
- Hiring support — Helping founders interview and choose a long-term product leader (with criteria that match how you operate).
Common situations
Software and digital offerings are becoming central to growth, but leadership can’t be in every product meeting. Or you need roadmap discipline, investor or board communication, and execution unblocked—including close partnership with engineering when shipping is the bottleneck.
How we collaborate
Regular cadence, written decisions your team can reference, and direct work with designers and engineers when needed. We aim for clarity that lasts after the engagement—not dependency.
Complements
Product strategy, small-business tooling, or startup delivery when execution bandwidth is the bottleneck.
